American Loyalty builds collectible and loyalty programs for supermarket and retail chains across the Americas (housewares brands including Bugatti / Casa Bugatti, Kenneth Cole Reaction, Caso Design, Amercook, Barneys New York, Kitchenrifik).
We're hiring a packaging designer to own the artwork on every box we ship.

O que Você Vai Fazer
- Design gift boxes, sleeves, hang tags, and master cartons for glassware, cookware, knives, luggage, and small appliances
- Build print-ready files on supplier dielines, send to factories in China/Europe, and check proofs before mass production
- Place EAN-13 and ITF-14 barcodes correctly
- Keep licensed marks (e.g. Casa Bugatti) as supplied — no recoloring, redrawing or stretching
- Lay out trilingual copy (EN/ES/PT) plus market-required markings
- Rework packs when programs move between Brazil, Mexico, and the US
- Support product catalog and sales materials (photo retouch, InDesign layout, brand dividers, spec pages)
Must-Haves
- Portfolio required — PDF or link. Must include at least two projects showing the dieline next to the printed result (mockups-only portfolios will be skipped)
- Written Spanish AND working English — both are required. You'll email suppliers in Asia/Europe and our teams in Florida, Mexico, and Brazil
- 3+ years designing retail packaging that went to print
- Professional Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Prepress fluency (CMYK/Pantone, bleed, trapping, overprint, corrugated, foil/spot varnish)
- Experience sending files to overseas factories and reviewing proofs
- Based in Latin America, with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time
- Own computer, licensed Adobe CC, reliable internet
